We welcome non-monetary sponsorships that may fall under the following categories.

Travel and transport sponsors can benefit through brand exposure to delegates, road users and audiences on RSR’s marketing channels who can become potential customers. This can be possible through vehicle branding, one-on-one sessions with delegates at the exhibition, and other co-branding opportunities throughout various conference marketing collateral.

There is an opportunity for a beverage sponsor to reach new audiences among conference delegates and exhibitors, and through the RSR’s marketing channels. The ARSC can be a useful platform to boost sales and broaden the audience by including special packages that offer one-on-one sessions with delegates at the exhibition, who can become potential customers.

Incentive sponsorships will boost the provincial destination marketing objectives of the Western Cape by profiling the service provider(s) to conference delegates and through the RSR’s marketing channels. The ARSC attracts visitors from neighbouring provinces and the SADC region who represent numerous organisations. This could further increase business and leisure tourism prospects in different market segments relevant to the tourism industry.

The benefits for the Wi-Fi sponsor will be brand visibility to all conference delegates and the opportunity to collect valuable contact information (by user consent according to POPIA), which can be used for targeted marketing campaigns. This could increase the sponsor’s customer base. The sponsor will also gain additional brand visibility through the RSR’s marketing channels.
